flagship program · 8 weeks
Build an AI Operating System your organization actually owns.
Operationalize AI into how your team actually works. You end up with AI in production your people actually adopt and run.
OPERA methodology · governance by design · ROI measured, not promised
sec. 01 · promise
What the program delivers.
Build your AI Operating System, securely and governed.
Operationalize AI into your work instead of buying tools.
Get ROI you can put in front of a board.
AI that works in your context.
sec. 02 · challenge
Most organizations are stuck between awareness and adoption.
Tool Chaos
Independent adoption across departments. No shared standards, no coordination, no auditable trail. Every team reinvents the wheel.
Pilot Purgatory
Proofs of concept that never make it into production. Demos impress. Operations don't change.
Capability Gaps
No internal skills to operate, govern or maintain AI once the vendors leave the room.
sec. 03 · your questions
Questions leaders ask before they start.
If you've been circling AI adoption for a while, it's probably because of one of these. The program is built to answer all five.
We map how your organization works today, then score every opportunity by impact, effort and risk. By the end of week one you have a ranked plan and a clear go decision.
Governance is designed in from day one, sized to your actual risk rather than imposed as blanket zero-trust. You get an AI governance framework, secure-use guardrails and an auditable trail, anchored on OWASP GenAI, NIST and ISO/IEC 42001.
We measure a baseline before we build anything, then measure again after deployment. Every workflow carries a number: time recovered, quality improved, throughput increased or cost avoided. You get a final ROI report you can defend to a board.
We're vendor-neutral. Tool selection is driven by your context, your data, your constraints and your existing systems, then we integrate properly, rather than leaving you with a new stack nobody asked for.
Change management is a core workstream, and we train at two levels: AI Operators who build the solutions, and everyday users who work with them. Because your own people co-build, the AI arrives as something they made themselves.
sec. 04 · framework
A tool tutorial won't change how you operate.
Most AI training teaches a tool. A tool is obsolete in a year, and knowing it changes nothing about how your organization operates. The AI Accelerator is a formal adoption framework: we redesign the workflow first, then apply AI to it; we organize the data and knowledge so the AI has something real to work with; we integrate the tools into the systems you already run; we train both the people who build solutions and the people who use them; we manage the human side of the change; and we put a number on the result. We cover all six, because dropping any one is where adoption fails: a strong tool on a broken process, or a solution nobody adopts.
Workflow redesign
We fix the process first, then apply AI. Automating a broken workflow only makes it fail faster.
Training, at two levels
AI Operators who build and run solutions, and everyday users who work alongside them. Skip either and adoption stalls.
Tool integration
The right tools for your context, connected to the systems you already use, chosen vendor-neutrally.
Data & knowledge management
Your institutional knowledge organized so AI can actually use it. Without this, AI guesses.
Change management
The human side: addressing fear, building confidence, and making the new way of working stick.
ROI calculation
Baselines before, measurement after. You'll know exactly what it returned.
sec. 05 · system
What we build with you: your AI Operating System.
The framework that turns agentic AI into an orchestrator of work inside your organization, built on top of the AI you choose, so you're never locked to one provider. The inner ring is what the AI needs to act; the outer pillars are the capacities in your organization that make it scale.

sec. 06 · operators
Train your AI Operators.
Give your domain experts the right tools to operationalize AI in their departments, and train the rest of the team alongside them.
Select
Pick your AI Operators, deep domain expertise, leadership, and change-management instincts.
Build together
Build as you learn: skills compound while real workflows ship.
Expand
Power up the whole team so adoption keeps spreading after we leave.
The Operator Certification Path
Selection rubric. Candidates are scored against five criteria, domain expertise, leadership, change-management skill, technical curiosity and availability, with a minimum of 10 out of 15 to be nominated.
Commitment. 20–30% of their time during the program, dropping to 5–10% afterwards to keep solutions running and improving.
Certification requires:
- 3+ workflows co-built during the program
- 1+ workflow led independently
- Delivering user training to their department
- Maintaining the playbook and knowledge base
- Running at least one optimization cycle
The path progresses Nomination → Co-Building → Supervised → Independent → Certification.
sec. 07 · journey

Guardrails sized to your actual risk, anchored on OWASP GenAI, NIST and ISO 42001, so you can adopt AI with confidence.
Delivered by a team that has worked at national scale since 1996.
The same people who have built digital infrastructure for governments, banks and international organizations.
in good company
Trusted by organizations from all over the world.

sec. 13 · questions
Practical questions
Eight weeks end to end, first assessment through handover, plus a 30-day check-in afterwards to review adoption and ROI against the baseline.
A sponsor to unblock decisions, two to four domain experts to become your AI Operators, and the teams whose workflows we're improving. No technical staff required.
That's the common case. The program meets your team where they are and builds capability from the ground up. Most begin with a one-day AI Ignite.
Governance and security are built in from week one, sized to your actual risk and anchored on OWASP GenAI, NIST and ISO/IEC 42001.
Yes. Everything we build is yours, the workflows, the documented playbooks, the knowledge base and your trained, certified operators. The capability stays when we leave.
