AI Operations course with Claude
Become an AI Operator. Build your AI Operating System with Claude.
12 hours · 8 live sessions · no-code, powered by Claude
AI stopped answering and started doing. This live cohort course turns a domain expert into an AI Operator who builds a governed AI system and runs it, and you leave with that system working on your own real work.
sec. 01 · who it's for
Not developers. The people who know the work.
The AI Operator is a role, not a job title. It starts with the expertise you already have and adds a method for putting AI to work on it. No engineering background required.
A domain expert
You own real, recurring work and know it better than anyone.
Non-technical
Plain language is the skill. No code and no engineering degree needed.
Process-oriented
You think in steps, trigger, action, done, and like a repeatable system.
Tech-savvy and curious
You're comfortable trying new tools and learning by doing.
what you build
You build your organization's AI Operating System.
The framework that turns agentic AI into an orchestrator of work inside your organization, built on the AI you choose, so you are never locked to one provider. The inner ring is what the AI needs to act; the outer pillars are the capacities your organization builds around it. By the end of the course, it runs on your own real work.

sec. 02 · the ai operator
What an AI Operator actually does.
An AI Operator is a domain expert, not a developer, who turns a team's real work into a governed AI system they run. The Operator builds and runs the system; everyone else just benefits from it.
Finds the highest-ROI tasks
Spots the recurring, high-value tasks worth handing to AI first.
Builds repeatable workflows
Turns those tasks into reusable AI workflows and skills the team can rely on.
Runs it safely and measures it
Keeps the system safe, measured and improving over time.
sec. 03 · the program
Eight sessions to build your AI Playbook.
12 hours total, eight live sessions of 1.5 hours, structured around Arxia's OPERA method: Observe, Prioritize, Execute, Refine, Advance. Every session ends with something you keep.
The AI Operator & the AI OS
What agentic AI really is, real use cases across departments, and the method for the eight weeks. You leave with a candidate task list.
Map, prioritize & ROI
Map a process trigger to output, prioritize by value versus risk, and name the ROI number before you build. You leave with a prioritized backlog and an ROI baseline.
Setup, prompting & judgment
Claude and Cowork basics, prompting that works on your own task, and Operator judgment on when to trust, verify or escalate. You leave with a first working workflow.
Skills, workflows & scheduling
Turn a repeatable task into a reusable skill, build multi-step workflows, and schedule work. You leave with reusable skills and a scheduled task.
Artifacts, tools & connections
Have Claude build tools for you, a calculator, tracker or mini-dashboard, and connect it to Gmail, Drive, Slack, Notion or your CRM. You leave with a tool and app connections.
Knowledge management
Give the AI your team's context so its output stops being generic: capture, structure and connect your knowledge. You leave with a starter knowledge base, connected.
Change & governance
Make adoption stick and make it safe: behavior change, flow-level governance, and who owns what. You leave with a governance baseline and an adoption mini-plan.
Refine, scale & capstone
Run the improvement flywheel, deepen governance from real incidents, and plan what comes next. You leave with a finished AI Playbook and a 90-day roadmap.

sec. 07 · questions
Frequently asked
No. AI Operations is a no-code course for domain experts, not developers. If you can explain your work in plain words, you can operate AI. It runs on Claude, Claude Cowork and Claude Code used as no-code tools.
12 hours in total: eight live sessions of 1.5 hours each, one per week over eight weeks, 100% online in a capped cohort with real coaching. Every session includes a hands-on lab on your own work.
A Claude account and two or three recurring tasks from your real job to work on during the course. No engineering background is required.
A finished AI Playbook: reusable skills and workflows, a starter knowledge base, a governance baseline and adoption plan, and a working AI system running on your own real work, plus a 90-day roadmap and a Certificate of Completion.
Both. You can take an individual seat, or enroll a team of three or more so everyone builds one shared system with aligned governance. Team cohorts can be run privately.
The course teaches one person to become an AI Operator in an open cohort, on their own work. The AI Accelerator program builds your AI Operating System with your whole team as a hands-on engagement. Many teams start one person here, then scale with the program.
