Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal data, and the rights you have over it.
Last updated: 17 August 2026
1. Who we are
This website, AI Accelerator, is operated by ARXIA SRL, a Romanian company (Trade Register no. J1996000914126, registration code 8472530) with its registered office at Str. Primăverii nr. 8, ap. 262, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. ARXIA SRL is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Full company identification is set out in our Legal Notice.
For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at carlos.parker@arxia.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect only what we need:
- Contact form data. When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, organization, email address, the area you're interested in, and the content of your message.
- Consented analytics. If, and only if, you opt in through our cookie banner, we may collect limited, anonymized usage data. No analytics or marketing cookies load until you consent.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, and we ask you not to include sensitive information in free-text fields.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful bases
| Purpose | Lawful basis (GDPR Art. 6) |
|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry and following up | Consent, and our legitimate interest in answering you |
| Understanding site usage to improve it | Consent (analytics only if you opt in) |
| Meeting legal and security obligations | Legal obligation and legitimate interest |
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and then delete or anonymize it. Consented analytics data is retained for a limited period as described in our Cookie Policy. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site, under appropriate agreements:
- Resend, our email-delivery provider, processes contact-form submissions so we can receive and reply to them.
- Any analytics provider you have explicitly consented to, on a privacy-respecting basis.
6. International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email carlos.parker@arxia.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies by default. Optional cookies load solely with your consent. See our Cookie Policy for details and to change your choice.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here.
